DSHS is producing the following newsletter to help providers prepare for the implementation of our new payment processing system named ProviderOne.

In the coming months, the ProviderOne Countdown will provide progress updates and cover topics including how to:

  • Remain an enrolled and payable provider

  • Verify a client is eligible for services

  • Ensure a service is covered

  • Bill DSHS in ProviderOne

  • Reconcile DSHS payments
