What is a publication?

A publication is visual information (brochure, flyer, pamphlet, wallet card, poster) that explains the services that Health and Recovery Services Administration provides to clients.

 

How do I order printed publications?

You can order printed publications on-line. The Dept. of Printing, Fulfillment Center, stores and distributes HRSA publications. Go to the Department of Printing's General Store.

What if I need a DSHS numbered form?

You can download and print forms from the Forms and Records website. HRSA has some forms available to order from the Fulfillment Center, the same way as you would order publications.
