This guide covers both managed care and fee-for-service for SCHIP children. Wherever information is different, we will tell you. Otherwise, the information is the same for both fee-for-service and managed care. If your children are in a managed care plan, you will receive more materials from your plan about services and how to get care.

The format of this document will vary slightly from the version that is professionally printed.  However, the content is the same between the Web and printed versions.
