Consumer Assessment of Health Plans Survey

Introduction - Since 1997, Washington State's Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Health and Recovery Services Administration (HRSA), has been conducting the Consumer Assessment of Health Plans Survey (CAHPS) for Medicaid clients.  CAHPS is a national standardized questionnaire developed and tested by the CAHPS Consortium, a group of survey experts associated with Harvard Medical School, RAND, and the Research Triangle Institute.  Available CAHPS survey results may be obtained through the links provided below.
