Answers to the most commonly asked questions related to rates.

7/1/2008 - The July 1, 2008 Rate Updates are available for download.

3/21/07 - Starting September 2007 School Medical Services will paid directly to the school districts.  The payment will equal the amount paid for community-based services.  For more details about this and who to contact for additional information read the letter that went out to school districts by clicking here.

9/27/06 - The school rates have been published

5/3/06 - The Cost Report form for School year 2006 - 2007 is available for downloading.  Complete and return by June 16, 2006.

8/30/05 -  The new 2005 - 2006 Special Education Rates have been established and are now available for all schools to review.  You may download the rates for all school districts by right clicking here and saving the file
 

5/3/05 -  The Cost Report form for School year 2004 - 2005 is available for downloading.  Complete and return by June 15, 2005.


2/3/05 -  The Cost Report form for School year 2003 - 2004 is available for downloading.  Complete and return as soon as possible.


10/1/04 -  The new 2004-2005 School Medical Rates have been established and are now available for all schools to review.  You may download the rates for all school districts by right clicking here and saving the file
